Bush Babies

Bush Babies Nursery provides nursery care and education for children aged 6 weeks  to 5 years. We devote our energies to creating a fun and loving environment whilst delivering the best in childcare and education. Our goal is to create a positive and motivating experience that will, in turn, play a major role in your child's future learning and development.

We know that your priority is to find a nursery that offers the right setting for your child and one that also understands the importance of earning the trust and confidence of you, the parent.

Bush Buddies

Provides a before, after and out of school care service for children aged up to 11 years.

Bush Buddies Before and After School Club opened in January 2005. It was recognised that there was a need for an out of school club in the Blurton area. The club is run by Bush Babies Nursery Team and many of our Bush Buddies school children attended Bush Babies Nursery before they went to school and will already know our staff. The club is growing steadily we pride ourselves on having a close and friendly team. We feel that our success has been as a result of close links with parents, schools and the local community

Children can arrive from 7.30am and have breakfast at the club and we operate a Walking Bus transfer to and from Blurton Primary, Sutherland Primary and Heron Cross Primary.

In the afternoon, the children are collected from school by our staff and are provided with a healthy tea and drinks.

We provide structured and supervised activities including homework, reading, creative and outdoor sessions. We are Ofsted registered.

The Out of School clubs are run to cover all holidays with the exceptions of Bank holidays and Christmas. Costs include all drinks, breakfast, lunch and tea. The children take part in organised activities and we take them out on trips and visits in the area for example last summer we attended ‘Conkers Activity Centre’ near Burton; visited local parks, museums and nature trails around Blurton.

We hold theme days, food tasting sessions, messy time play, outdoor games – there’s always something to keep your child busy and active.
